Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using my digital marketing services under LiftMyBusiness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing my services.

Services Description

I provide digital marketing services for trade businesses, including but not limited to website design, SEO optimization, social media management, Google Ads management, reputation management, and email marketing.

Subscription Terms

My services are provided on a monthly subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• I reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide timely feedback and approvals when requested
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use my services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your business. However, I retain the right to use work samples in my portfolio and marketing materials. Pre-existing materials, templates, and tools remain my property.

Service Guarantees and Limitations

While I strive to deliver excellent results:

• I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results
• Marketing results depend on many factors outside my control
• I provide professional services but do not guarantee outcomes
• Third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) may change policies affecting results

Limitation of Liability

LiftMyBusiness (operated solely by me, Eunseong Samuel Lee) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to my services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, me, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
