Subscription Terms

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide timely feedback and approvals when requested
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your business. However, we retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials. Pre-existing materials, templates, and tools remain our property.

Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to deliver excellent results:

• We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results
• Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control
• We provide professional services but do not guarantee outcomes
• Third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) may change policies affecting results

Limitation of Liability

LiftMyBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
